Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our internal IT team in San Pedro Garza García. You will help design, build and maintain web applications and API integrations that support our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal software tools using Python and modern web technologies.
• Design, implement and test RESTful APIs that connect with external systems.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain code quality through version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a solid foundation in software development.
• Strong command of English for reading documentation and communicating with teammates.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time and adapt to a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front‑end development.
• SQL for database interaction.
• Git version control and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of API design and implementation.
• Basic knowledge of cloud or server infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
