Junior Help Desk Analyst – Tijuana

About the role

ITJ is seeking a Junior Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Tijuana. You will provide first‑line technical support to internal users and external medical‑device partners, ensuring smooth operation of Windows and iOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tickets via ServiceNow and resolve incidents promptly.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Support Office 365 applications and manage remote sessions with Quick Assist or TeamViewer.
• Document solutions, follow structured workflows, and maintain accurate knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalated issues and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in an IT help desk or desktop support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and experience supporting iOS devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Availability to work onsite Monday‑Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
