Junior Key Account Manager – Food Industry

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to drive growth for national and international food industry brands on its mobility platform. You will work closely with the business strategy team to maximize coverage and revenue of key restaurant accounts through data‑driven insights and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key restaurant accounts, aiming to increase sales volume, revenue and profitability.
• Analyse data and market trends to build insight‑based proposals and strategic plans.
• Maintain regular contact with partners, fostering long‑lasting relationships and supporting their revenue growth.
• Plan, review, adapt and execute annual, quarterly and monthly plans in collaboration with the strategy team.
• Negotiate and create promotions and campaigns with top restaurant chains, evaluating profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute campaigns.
• Implement and track metrics to assess the success and quality of restaurant partners.
• Lead and coach a team of junior key account specialists.

Required profile

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions based on data.
• Fluent business English.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve win‑win collaborations.
• Social versatility and ability to build strong relationships with senior client groups.
