Junior Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Junior Partner Project Manager to strengthen relationships with its event partners and ensure successful delivery of partner‑led projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating across multiple internal teams to bring partner initiatives to life.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports on achievements and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges, develop solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Gather partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical, solutions‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a collaborative team spirit.
