Junior Recruiter

About the role

ALTEN Mexico, an engineering and technology consulting firm part of the ALTEN Group, is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its HR team in Querétaro. The role suits people starting a career in recruitment and human resources, offering hands-on support of the recruitment process under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by posting job ads on various platforms
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain the candidate database and track recruitment metrics
• Support the onboarding of new hires
• Take part in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate English is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
