Key Account Executive – On & Off Trade

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a Key Account Executive for On & Off Trade based in Puebla. The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening strategic relationships with key customers, and delivering commercial excellence across both trade channels while upholding luxury brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial plans aligned with sales objectives for assigned key accounts.
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective account management and customer development.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with buyers, distributors, store managers, and decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase distribution, product visibility, and market share.
• Lead commercial negotiations ensuring profitable agreements and brand alignment.
• Monitor sales performance, sell‑in, sell‑out, depletion and account KPIs to spot risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales growth and key account management within on‑trade and off‑trade channels.
• Ability to develop and execute commercial plans and achieve targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with buyers, distributors and retail managers.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities.
• Alignment with luxury brand standards and commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
