Key Account Manager – Americas (LATAM & NORAM)

About the role

Nuitée is looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of travel‑technology accounts across Latin America and North America. You will be the single point of contact responsible for technical adoption, commercial growth and overall account performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, total transaction value (TTV) and conversion targets for assigned accounts.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve technical or operational issues that hinder account scaling.
• Lead upsell and cross‑sell conversations, turning opportunities into closed deals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure inventory feed reliability and alignment with client needs.
• Analyse usage data to diagnose growth plateaus and develop action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B accounts in the travel or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with API integration and data feeds.
• Familiarity with travel‑industry terminology and hotel inventory systems.
