About the role
ZURU is seeking a Key Account Manager to co‑lead its Toys portfolio in Mexico, focusing on premier accounts. You will shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and build long‑term partnerships that enhance market share and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy for assigned premier accounts, aligning with ZURU’s Mexico business objectives.
- Develop and execute customer strategic plans to increase sales and brand presence.
- Negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts.
- Maximise product availability, visibility and brand awareness across offline and online channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing and supply‑chain teams for flawless execution.
- Analyse market data and account performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage orders, forecasting and availability in coordination with internal teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing premier accounts in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into action.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
