Key Account Manager - Team Sports

About the role

Avery Dennison is looking for a results‑oriented Key Account Manager to join its Team Sports commercial team in Mexico. You will own a portfolio of sports league and club accounts, driving growth of customized uniforms, fanwear and licensed sportswear while aligning with marketing strategies to meet or exceed the regional operating plan.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives within an assigned territory, generating revenue from existing and new accounts.
• Negotiate terms, confirm orders, gather required information and keep customers informed of progress.
• Coordinate with planning and purchasing to prioritize orders and meet service level agreements.
• Proactively communicate order or shipment discrepancies and present resolution plans.
• Manage material forecasts to ensure internal readiness for upcoming orders.
• Identify and prospect new accounts using screening techniques, referrals and market research.
• Handle samples and oversee new‑season product development in collaboration with customers.
• Prepare product quotations and apply value‑selling tools.
• Resolve complex customer challenges by determining optimal solutions.
