Key Account Specialist

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage a portfolio of national and international food‑industry brands. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the business strategy team to unlock growth opportunities and maximize platform coverage for key restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of a restaurant portfolio (Key Accounts) to increase sales volume, revenue, profitability and user experience.
• Retain and grow relationships with key account partners, providing strategic guidance and data‑driven insights.
• Execute annual, quarterly and monthly plans aligned with brand promotion and platform activities.
• Design and launch promotional campaigns with top restaurant chains.
• Track and report performance metrics to evaluate the success and quality of partner restaurants.

Required profile

• Fluent business‑level English.
