L2 – End User Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled L2 End User Infrastructure Administrator to ensure a seamless, secure, and high‑performing digital workplace. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, leveraging modern cloud and virtualization technologies to boost employee productivity and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Azure AD, including user lifecycle, licensing and security policies.
• Administer Citrix VDI environments (XenApp/XenDesktop), overseeing StoreFront, NetScaler, PVS and DDCs to maintain performance and availability.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint solutions using SCCM and Intune, configure MDM/MAM, conditional access and Autopilot provisioning.
• Support email and threat‑protection tools such as Proofpoint, IronPort and FireEye, monitor alerts and respond to incidents.
• Implement DLP, compliance and governance policies, and collaborate with security teams to ensure a compliant cloud environment.
