Laboratory Analyst – Quality Configuration & Conformity

About the role

The Laboratory Analyst in Quality Configuration & Conformity (QCC) ensures that helicopter and MCA products meet all configuration, conformity and airworthiness requirements. You will be responsible for establishing delivery documentation and, when authorized, attesting quality and airworthiness compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Check product configuration, conformity and airworthiness for helicopters and MCA.
• Establish delivery documentation and issue airworthiness releases such as EASA Form 52/53, DEMAR Form 52/53, Mil. CoC, EASA Form 1 and NQAR delegation.
• Analyze and implement airworthiness data and incident action sheets, issuing Permit to Fly under PO/DO regulations.
• Coordinate with authorities on quality topics related to helicopter release.
• Support final product hand‑over to customers at Customer Centers or on‑site.

Required profile

• Professional experience in quality inspection, configuration control or airworthiness compliance within aerospace or helicopter manufacturing.
• Ability to identify compliance risks and act with integrity.
• Authorized to attest quality and airworthiness compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EASA and DEMAR airworthiness documentation (Form 52, Form 53, Form 1, Mil. CoC, NQAR).
• Familiarity with permit‑to‑fly procedures and regulatory frameworks (PO/DO).
