Lawyer – Real Estate Lease Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Lawyer to support our Property Team in managing land lease agreements across a variety of projects. The role involves analyzing, drafting, and reviewing contracts in line with Mexican law and company policies, ensuring smooth relationships with property owners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and review documents for land lease agreements related to BTS, renewals, DAS, amendments, rent and cost reductions, index freezes, and cancellations.
• Prepare and finalize contracts and agreements in accordance with current Mexican legislation and corporate standards.
• Serve internal and external clients, including lessors, to understand requests and deliver timely, high‑quality service.
• Draft placement contracts, financing agreements, and temporary equipment contracts to meet technical and economic requirements.
• Issue construction commencement letters to Development managers and manage notary public notifications.
• Prepare project reports for management and issue breach notifications when necessary.
• Provide guidance on lease terms, inheritance issues, beneficiary changes, and rent adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with solid knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law.
• Minimum of 2 years experience drafting contracts, especially real‑estate leases.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
