Lead Analyst I Parts Supply

About the role

Visteon is seeking a Lead Analyst I to support its Parts Supply function. The role focuses on evaluating and improving supply‑chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering data‑driven solutions that boost productivity while reducing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and promote company initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to spot efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure SLA compliance, and track days of supply to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate supply‑chain performance.
• Support cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in supply‑chain systems.
• Control premium freight targets and analyze MRP data and supplier schedules.
• Monitor purchase‑order cycles, inventory turns, and raw‑material inventory levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, logistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply‑chain or logistics roles.
• Proficiency with supply‑chain software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
