Learning & Development Facilitator – Virtual Training

About the role

McDonald’s is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to lead virtual training programs for its US market employees. Based in the Mexico City Global Business Services Office, you will act as a strategic partner to learners, business partners, and franchise owners, ensuring that restaurant staff acquire the skills needed for success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage virtual learning sessions for McOpCo and franchisee employees across the United States.
• Facilitate engaging virtual classes that motivate participants, build competencies, and improve performance.
• Adapt training in real time based on learner feedback and progress.
• Collaborate with People Solutions L&D partners and market stakeholders to align programs with brand standards and business needs.
• Analyze class assessments, surveys, and performance metrics to continuously refine virtual offerings.

Required profile

• Residence in the Mexico City area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2‑4+ years of adult education or facilitation experience.
• 2+ years in a customer‑service or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – ILR Level 4.
• Valid passport and US visa are a plus.

• Experience using digital tools for virtual facilitation.
