Learning Experience Manager

About the role

As a Learning Experience Manager at Mars, you will shape the growth and development of associates by designing a modern, end‑to‑end learning ecosystem that is engaging and integrated into daily work. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective learning experiences that support the Mars Global Services vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design the Experience: collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into high‑level learning approaches, mapping learner journeys and holistic ecosystems.
• Orchestrate Solutions: curate and develop innovative, multi‑faceted learning experiences using internal and external resources, set clear requirements for instructional design partners, and create assets when needed.
• Drive Improvement: leverage learner feedback and data to refine solutions and stay current with learning trends and technologies.
• Execute with Excellence: manage multiple learning projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, creating engaging learner journeys.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders, define learning objectives, and work in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and modern learning technologies.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using data and learner feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork.
