Learning Operations Specialist – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

Randstad is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support its Nearshore Center in Mexico. This remote, part‑time position will partner with onboarding, employee development and management development program owners to design, deliver and track training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enrollments, attendance, scheduling and ensure learning materials are accurate in the company LMS.
• Coordinate on‑site and off‑site training sessions with internal teams, program owners and external vendors.
• Assist employees with training enrollment changes and track pre‑work assignments.
• Generate regular reports on development programs and live training offerings.
• Partner with program owners to validate data and create ad‑hoc reports.
• Triage and resolve support tickets related to learning operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with learning management systems and live training event management (preferred).
• Strong basic data skills and comfort working with Excel or similar spreadsheets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly, influence learners at all levels and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
