Legal Corporate Governance Analyst

About the role

Join the Real Assets division of a global financial services group to provide corporate governance and entity management support across Latin America. You will work closely with legal and governance professionals, internal teams, external advisors, and global stakeholders to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage board, committee and entity documentation, corporate records and statutory registers.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and support company secretarial activities.
• Facilitate corporate approvals, entity formations, restructurings, wind‑ups and director/officer changes.
• Support cross‑border transactions, governance initiatives and KYC requirements.
• Oversee legal vendor invoice processes and ensure timely delivery of governance tasks.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on governance projects across multiple investment strategies and jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, financial institution, or in‑house legal/governance function.
• Practical experience in corporate governance, entity management or company secretarial activities; exposure to investment funds, asset management or regulated entities is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English for daily stakeholder communication.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and understanding of risk, controls and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Learning mindset, willingness to seek feedback and strong digital fluency.
