Legal Counsel – Mexico

About the role

Brazino777 is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its operations in Mexico. The role will provide comprehensive legal assistance to business teams, manage regulatory matters, and oversee compliance and data protection functions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to internal stakeholders.
• Support licensing and regulatory matters relevant to the online entertainment sector.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments that affect the business.
• Assist with corporate governance and preparation of legal documentation.
• Identify legal risks and deliver practical advice.
• Lead compliance‑related initiatives, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer, handling regulator interactions and internal processes.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and advisors when needed.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial and contract law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
