Legal Manager – Private Law

About the role

As a member of the Office of General Counsel at a global mobility leader, you will provide strategic legal counsel on civil, commercial and corporate matters, translating complex regulatory issues into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal advice and develop risk‑mitigation frameworks for key business objectives.
• Draft, review and negotiate high‑value commercial agreements, partnership contracts and vendor terms.
• Oversee corporate governance functions, including board resolutions, corporate records and regulatory filings.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks across operations and implement mitigation measures.
• Design and implement internal compliance policies, operational guidelines and ethical frameworks.
• Guide and mentor junior legal professionals and coordinate with external counsel on specialized matters.

Required profile

• Law degree with an active legal license.
• Typically 5–10 years of corporate and commercial law experience in a multinational corporation or established law firm.
• Proficiency with modern legal technology, including CLM software, entity management systems and legal research platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and drafting abilities with a strong sense of professional ethics.
