About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate and business operations. The role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, ensuring compliance while supporting various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide support on commercial and corporate law matters.
• Prepare and follow up on regulatory requirements from authorities.
• Coordinate with external law firms, notaries, and other legal counsel.
• Manage corporate documentation such as board minutes and powers of attorney.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the organization.
• Maintain and control the legal archive and related documentation.
• Offer legal assistance to internal multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in similar legal roles.
• Strong background in contract analysis, corporate and commercial law.
• Experience working with notaries and governmental authorities.
• Law degree (Bachelor’s in Law).
• Intermediate level English (reading and comprehension).
