Logistics and Ops Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva, a startup whose mission is to create career opportunities for women across Latin America, is hiring a full-time remote Executive Assistant for one US or Canadian startup executive. The role suits people who have kept things running smoothly in operations, project or recruiting coordination, or in a startup, agency or remote-first company. It is open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Admin: manage the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses and event planning.
• Operational: improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects and internal coordination.

Required profile

• 2+ years as an Operations, Project or Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager or similar role.
• C1 English, written and spoken.
• At least one role with 2+ years of tenure.
• Proactive by default, not by request.

Required skills

• Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
• AI tools (the role describes itself as an AI enthusiast).

• $1,200 USD per month base, up to $1,600 USD per month total; raises every 6 months.
