Logistics EOP Specialist (Modular Lead)

About the role

The Logistics EOP Specialist (Modular Lead) drives the coordination of Modular Specialists and Stellantis representatives to resolve manufacturing and supply‑chain challenges across the Extension of Plants (EOP) network. You will oversee US and Canada modular supplier sites, ensure SOX‑compliant inventory control, and act as the primary conduit for daily issue communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Modular Specialists and Stellantis contacts for EOP and modular supply‑base issues.
• Ensure all US and Canada modular supplier locations comply with SOX inventory controls.
• Communicate production issues to internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Certify root‑cause analyses for recurring problems and verify implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and disseminate standardized processes and best practices across the supply network.
• Engage in purchasing and engineering strategies to optimise delivery and inventory.
• Involve suppliers in Stellantis Production Way (SPW) tools and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct on‑site supplier reviews and coordinate with the Mexico Modular Specialist Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, material flow, inventory or supply‑chain management.
• Excellent organisational, written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven coaching/mentoring track record.
• Self‑directed, motivated and effective problem‑solver.
• Willingness to travel 40‑50% internationally and domestically (Canada, possibly Mexico).
