Logistics Lead / Supply Chain Team Lead

About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Lead to join the DashMart Supply Chain team in Mexico City. You will oversee inbound deliveries, drive on‑time performance across our vendor network, and manage a small team of Delivery Specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Own on‑time delivery (OTD) reporting and implement initiatives to improve vendor performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a 4‑5 person team of Delivery Specialists.
- Strengthen vendor partnerships to increase accountability and reduce delivery variability.
- Identify, refine, and scale daily operational processes across the network.
- Collaborate with local operations, vendor management, demand planning, and inventory teams.
- Analyze data using SQL, dashboards, and Google Sheets to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing at least two direct reports.
- Strong communication skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
