Logistics Supervisor (eCommerce & Startup Operations)

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead eCommerce warehouse operations and support the launch of new logistics projects. The role focuses on ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes while maintaining high service, productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise eCommerce‑focused warehouse activities including fulfillment, high‑volume order management, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Participate in the start‑up of new operations, guaranteeing correct execution from day one.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Manage and develop operational teams through training, performance monitoring and productivity improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and service level agreements, analyse results, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Develop root‑cause analyses and action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources – personnel, tools and equipment – to maintain operational continuity.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers to meet requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in eCommerce environments.
• Experience with start‑up or new‑project logistics implementations is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
