Lower Elementary English Teacher (Cuajimalpa Campus)

About the role

Peterson School is seeking a dynamic Lower Elementary English Teacher for its Cuajimalpa Campus for the 2026/2027 academic year. The role involves delivering engaging English instruction to young learners and contributing to a supportive, enthusiastic school community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to lower‑elementary students.
• Plan and implement curriculum in line with the school’s methodology.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and track academic performance.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student achievements.
• Participate in staff meetings, technical councils and professional development sessions.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field (Post‑graduate Certificate in Education is a plus).
• Minimum three years of experience teaching elementary‑level students, preferably lower‑elementary.
• Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Flexible, tolerant attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
