M&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven M&A Manager to lead and execute strategic transactions across the full deal lifecycle. The role offers significant exposure to senior executives and C‑level stakeholders, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and delivering value‑maximising outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions from origination through closing.
• Manage transaction processes including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, contract review and execution.
• Coordinate and oversee transaction documentation, purchase agreements and related contractual matters with internal and external legal advisors.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses and investment recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, investment memoranda and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and C‑level stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities and assess their financial and operational impact.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, investment banks, legal counsel, regulatory authorities and counterparties.
• Coordinate antitrust and regulatory approval processes across Latin America, ensuring compliance with competition laws.
• Lead cross‑functional teams throughout transaction execution, integration planning and post‑merger value creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end M&A transactions in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
