Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

In acquisition projects for new industrial assets, the Maintenance Coordinator ensures that maintenance requirements are integrated at every key milestone, guaranteeing the maintainability of the asset before it enters service.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the quality of documentation and training received prior to Entry Into Service.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure required spare parts are stocked.
• Support maintenance technicians on complex breakdowns with expert guidance.
• Act as CMMS key‑user and drive digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0, condition‑based and predictive maintenance.
• Deliver maintenance plans, asset maintainability analyses, spare‑parts requirements and learning solution specifications.

Required profile

• Professional experience in industrial maintenance and asset acquisition projects.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity.
