Maintenance Coordinator – TPM & Reliability

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator (TMP) will drive continuous improvement of maintenance planning and reliability across Bosch’s production sites. You will work closely with value‑stream teams to ensure standards are deployed, monitored and continuously refined.

Key responsibilities

• Improve maintenance plans using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM and WPC.
• Deploy and manage system standards established by Bosch.
• Assist value‑stream management in developing and executing planned programs.
• Provide strong technical support and guidance on process standards.
• Participate actively in meetings with lead plants and coach VS‑engineers on QTD and OMM.
• Serve as a mentor or coach to colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic).
• Leadership experience in maintenance and reliability.
• Advanced knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering (OMM, ACPD, WPC).
• Strong data‑analytics and statistical‑control capabilities.
• Project and procurement experience, including lean methodologies.
• Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office and data analysis software).
• Fluent English (advanced).
