Maintenance Supervisor – Field Service Lead

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling field service operations in your assigned area. You’ll be the first point of contact for your team of technicians, as well as for customers with any technical or service‑related issues on the equipment assigned to you.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure field safety for technicians and users.
• Manage and optimize planned maintenance, callouts, and service‑repair operations.
• Resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing.
• Drive sales of service repairs and follow up on sales leads.
• Monitor and control operational costs and CMII.
• Conduct site audits and lead accident investigations when necessary.
• Validate timesheets, balance workloads, and oversee scheduling and absences.
• Support technician growth through training and motivation.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians as needed.
• Authorize and manage technician tools, vehicles, phones, and devices.

Required profile

• Strong background in technical operations and field‑service leadership.
