Maintenance Technician

About the role

Epta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of its building and equipment assets. You will work on preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues and implement technical improvements across mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose work requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and building maintenance tasks.
• Prepare, plan and carry out improvements or modifications, including tools, equipment and materials.
• Perform first‑level mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs promptly.
• Analyse recurring problems and recommend modifications to prevent re‑occurrence.
• Plan and execute tasks while mitigating unsafe acts and conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Management experience with comparable scope.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a High School diploma.
