Raw Material Planner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Raw Material Planner to join Autoliv’s supply chain team. In this role you will ensure the timely availability of raw materials for our automotive production lines, supporting both customer demand and internal schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weekly raw material planning using JDE (CPLAN) to align supply with demand.
• Monitor and review Crystal reports daily, including exception planning, past‑due RANs, critical components, and high‑value inventory.
• Communicate material issues and discrepancies to Production Control and other cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze forecast fluctuations with suppliers and confirm adjustments.
• Close material receiving discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Update and present monthly KPIs such as On‑Time Performance and inventory turns.
• Coordinate component revision changes to prevent obsolescence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• JDE (CPLAN) – proficient use for material planning.
