About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. The role also involves participating in projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical tasks and maintenance activities according to schedule.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems proactively and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of job content.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Successful track record in previous work experiences.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Required skills
- Technical aptitude for maintenance tasks.
