Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all factory equipment. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems as well as programmable logic controllers, robots and manipulators.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to SOPs and schedules across all equipment types.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, implementing modifications to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in 5S programs, QRQC activities and maintain accurate intervention logs.
• Contribute to meetings, improvement workshops and the commissioning of new resources.
• Lead improvement projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and develop procedural documentation and training.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Ability to analyze failure causes and propose technical improvements.
• Proactive participation in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as 5S and QRQC.
• Strong communication skills for drafting procedures and delivering training.
