Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making, and leadership strategy. This fully remote, flexible contract position allows you to apply your real‑world knowledge to improve AI systems used by organizations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that enhances how AI models approach managerial thinking.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and identifying logical trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering detailed, constructive feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
