Management & Leadership Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking seasoned management and leadership educators to help shape how artificial intelligence interprets organizational behavior, decision‑making, and leadership strategy. Your real‑world expertise will directly improve the accuracy of AI systems used by companies worldwide. This is a fully remote, flexible contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for realism and accuracy.
• Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI models’ approach to managerial thinking.
• Work independently and asynchronously according to your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and spot logical trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering detailed, constructive feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
