Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation projects for its payments‑focused clients. In this role you will work with regional and global financial institutions and merchants, helping them solve complex challenges across the payments lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategies and programs for large, strategically important clients.
• Identify issues, structure analyses and synthesize findings with oversight.
• Support the creation of recommendations and prepare client‑facing presentations.
• Provide creative input based on client needs and agendas.
• Build day‑to‑day relationships with entry‑level management and identify engagement risks.
• Contribute to intellectual capital development and incorporate insights into proposals.
• Assist in proposal preparation and highlight client challenges and opportunities to senior staff.
