Manufacturing Engineering Analyst

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineering Analyst will support assembly operations by developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes on the production floor. This 15‑month temporary project offers hands‑on exposure to process documentation, capacity analysis, SAP routings, Lean Manufacturing, equipment improvements, and technical problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition, update, and implementation of manufacturing processes for assembly operations.
• Create and maintain process documentation such as flow charts, PFMEA/AMEF, visual aids, and controlled work instructions.
• Assist with design and implementation of poka‑yokes, fixtures, and production tools, focusing on ergonomics and safety.
• Conduct assembly line capacity analysis and provide data for SAP routing updates.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects targeting safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work onsite full‑time.

Required skills

• SAP or ERP experience (preferred).
• Basic PLC programming knowledge, preferably Allen‑Bradley or Siemens.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement principles.
• Familiarity with PFMEA/AMEF, process flows, work instructions, and poka‑yokes.
