Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support its operations in Canada and Mexico. You will work closely with business leaders to shape digital marketing strategies and internal communications that align with the global brand while delivering local impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in Canada and Mexico.
• Plan, launch, and manage in‑house digital campaigns across paid media and targeted advertising channels.
• Create engaging content for the website, blog, and social media platforms in partnership with global content teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators, optimise campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Organise internal events to boost employee engagement and company culture.
• Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to raise recruitment awareness.
• Produce internal newsfeeds and communications in English and French.
• Act as the regional liaison for Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on, service‑oriented attitude with a creative mindset.
