Marketing Assistant – Onsite in Mexico City

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to support the regional Marketing leadership team in Mexico City. The role focuses on operational and administrative tasks that keep marketing projects, events and vendor relationships running smoothly across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing department, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Take meeting minutes, distribute them to stakeholders and follow up on action items.
• Track multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
• Prepare and update presentations, reports, spreadsheets and internal documentation.
• Assist in planning and administering trade shows, exhibitions, events and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers and support marketing initiatives developed with the Sales team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations or Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (desired).
• Intermediate to advanced English for communication in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Canva Suite for visual material preparation.
