Marketing Communications Project & Production Specialist

About the role

ADI Global Distribution is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications (Marcom) Project & Production Specialist to join the International Customer Experience team. You will be the central hub for planning, coordinating, producing, and executing marketing communication projects across multiple business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of print production, retail signage, trade‑show materials, digital signage, translation services, vendor management, and budget administration.
• Develop scalable workflows, optimise signage and print processes, and recommend cost‑effective production methods.
• Manage the annual MarCom materials and translation budget, including vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoice approvals and expense tracking.
• Publish and schedule digital‑signage content via Skykit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise the MarCom SharePoint Resource Center to keep assets current, organized and accessible.
• Coordinate translation projects from intake through delivery, standardising workflows for efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications with advanced English proficiency.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with commercial print production, vendor management, retail marketing materials and trade‑show execution.
• Proven budget‑management experience, including purchase orders, invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise, solve problems proactively and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
