Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to turn ideas into action. The role works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Product and the Growth team to keep multiple marketing initiatives moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, partner and event channels, maintaining calendars, timelines and project plans.
• Draft and coordinate blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content and website updates, supporting executive thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Partner with the Head of Product to develop go‑to‑market communications for new offerings and support the Growth team with messaging and sales enablement resources.
• Organise webinars, conferences, customer events and partner programs, handling logistics, registrations and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors, track deliverables, maintain asset libraries and improve marketing processes.
• Track campaign performance, prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
