Marketing Executive – Guest Services & Lead Generation

About the role

The Marketing Executive acts as the front‑line representative for the resort, qualifying leads, delivering concierge‑style guest service and driving tour flow. This role blends marketing, sales, and hospitality to promote the vacation club program to eligible guests.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and determine guest eligibility for promotional presentations.
• Provide accurate tourist information and concierge services to resort guests and members.
• Generate interest in the vacation club program using premium gifts and promotional materials.
• Book, manifest, and confirm sales presentations, ensuring all administrative steps are completed.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions and execute special projects assigned by the Marketing Supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally at assigned locations and maintain collaborative relationships with hotel staff and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales or marketing.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to team results.
