About the role
We are seeking a front‑line Marketing Executive to represent our vacation ownership brand at resort locations. In this role you will engage guests, qualify leads, and drive tour flow while delivering exceptional concierge service.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the company positively at assigned locations and maintain collaborative relationships with hotel staff and third‑party partners.
- Provide concierge and guest services, delivering accurate regional tourism information.
- Determine guest eligibility for promotional presentations and attract eligible guests using premium gifts.
- Inform and confirm guests about sales presentations, creating curiosity about the vacation club.
- Handle administrative tasks related to booking, manifesting, and confirming sales presentations.
- Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and complete special projects assigned by the Marketing Supervisor.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and lift up to 35 lb.
