Marketing Lead – Consumer Engagement (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Consumer Engagement Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for the Can‑Am off‑road brand in Mexico. Reporting to the Consumer Engagement Team Lead, you will drive the full‑funnel go‑to‑market plan and contribute directly to the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage a 360° go‑to‑market strategy covering paid, earned and owned media, as well as trade shows, events and brand activations.
• Coordinate all marketing activities for the Can‑Am brand in Mexico from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to ensure effective implementation of campaigns.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time professional experience in marketing.
• Fluent or advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to execute rigorously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
