Marketing Manager – CNS Portfolio

About the role

VIATRIS™ is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for its Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio. The role focuses on accelerating business growth, achieving sales and revenue targets, and ensuring alignment with the CNS sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and execute the portfolio strategy, planning and follow‑up.
• Conduct deep market analysis and research to provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Create and deliver tools for the sales force, including training, promotional materials, CME programs and digital assets.
• Allocate DME investments strategically to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance, assess revenue potential and influence country sales targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all interactions.
• Design and implement an innovative omnichannel strategy targeting doctors, patients, e‑commerce B2B/B2C and other stakeholders.
• Map stakeholder relationships, customer journeys and market dynamics to set transformation priorities.
• Lead the development and upskilling of the marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in CNS.
• Proven experience leading innovative projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
