Marketing Manager – North America Sustainability

About the role

Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Business is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact programs across the United States and Canada. As an individual contributor within the Advisory Services team, you will collaborate with sales, client management, and operations to drive thought leadership, events, lead generation, and sales enablement while leveraging AI to boost marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep regional market insights and translate trends, regulations, and AI‑driven intelligence into actionable marketing strategies.
• Design and execute a customer‑centric marketing plan aligned with the annual business plan, optimizing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI‑supported forecasting to map, automate, and continuously refine the customer journey.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, presenting quarterly results to commercial and cross‑functional leadership.
• Create sales enablement assets (slide decks, scripts, digital assets) using AI‑assisted content generation and provide training on AI integration in client conversations.
