Mathematics Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join Kipling School, a bilingual IB World School in Mexico City. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that support students’ academic, personal and social development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate mathematics lessons using diverse teaching strategies aligned with the SEP and IB curricula.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback and adapt instruction to meet varied learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom, enforce positive discipline and supervise students.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, grades and communicate progress to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school activities and engage in professional development, including IB training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in mathematics or related subjects, preferably with adolescents.
• Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
