Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Design Engineer will work with local and global engineering teams to develop products that meet customer specifications. The role involves designing, validating, documenting, and launching mechanical components for production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic design and analysis of electro‑mechanical components.
• Conduct design verification through experimental testing and data synthesis.
• Participate in feasibility studies and prototype testing for new or modified designs.
• Collaborate with technicians, drafting teams, and suppliers to create detailed designs and select appropriate technologies.
• Coordinate failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organization, planning and time‑management abilities.
• High ethical standards and personal accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
