Mechanical‑Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical‑Electrical Engineer to join our production line team and help embed our "Learning through Play" approach. You will use your mechanical‑electrical expertise to ensure current operations run smoothly while laying the groundwork for new process standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse technical drawings and detailed engineering designs, approving or suggesting modifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Provide specialised support to operations, troubleshooting equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the project department to align projects with technical strategy and engineering standards.
• Assist in evaluating technical feasibility of projects and ensure designs meet established standards.
• Participate in developing and implementing efficiency‑improvement strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience with technical drawing in AutoCAD.
• Experience in project design, interpretation of technical drawings and project presentation.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across different areas.
• Decision‑making ability for on‑site changes and immediate problem solving.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset, leadership, customer service and teamwork orientation.
